These terms set out the agreement for online trading between Dear José and the user of this website (“You”) Please read them carefully before proceeding with entering the website. You must accept these terms and conditions to access this website any further. This website is owned and operated by Dear José.

y completing an online order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price on our website.
Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. Payment can be made by Visa/MasterCard/PayPal. You warrant that you are an authorized user of the credit card/PayPal account used to complete payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company’s choosing.
All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Dear José. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of your online order. For sale items, please note that Dear José does not accept any cancellation requests after an order is placed. If you would like to change to another size of the same style, please contact us via contact@dearjose.com.
The prices may vary in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website without prior notice to you.

You can request to adjust the information of your processing order in the following cases: (1) before your order is sent to our courier or (2) before we complete your pre-order. Please note that in case of an adjustment, Dear José will not be responsible for the delayed processing time.
– This policy only applied to full-price product(s)
– This policy is applied to in-store purchases, online purchases, online purchases on Dear José s website and social commerce channels (Instagram and Facebook), and online purchases via Shopee and Lazada.

For domestic purchases, you can only adjust the size of the purchased product(s). This does not include domestic purchases on Shopee and Lazada, For the purchases on Shopee and Lazada, please follow the Terms and Conditions of Shopee and Lazada.
– For pre-ordered/Back-ordered products, please send a request to contact@dearjose.com within 72 hours after the order is placed.
– For available products, please send a request to contact@dearjose.com within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please note that we pack and ship orders daily so we cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

For international purchases, you can adjust the colour and/or size of the purchased product(s) or you can change to another style. Please note that Dear José will not refund the difference if the total value of the adjusted product(s) is lower than the value of your original order. If the total value of the adjusted product(s) is higher than the value of your original order, customers must pay the difference. In this case, our staff will provide further instructions via email.
– For pre-ordered/Back-ordered products, please send a request to contact@dearjose.com within 72 hours after the order is placed.
– For available products, please send a request to contact@dearjose.com within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please note that we pack and ship orders daily so we cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

How to request an adjustment:
1. Please send a request to contact@dearjose.com within the allocated timeframe above after your order is successfully placed. After the allocated timeframe, Dear José reserves the right to refuse any requests from you. Please inform us of your order number and specify your request.
2. Our Customer Service team will respond within 1 working day and provide you with further instructions. If your order meets our requirements stated above, the Customer Service team will confirm that the product(s) is eligible for an adjustment.
3. For online purchases via our website, after your order adjustment request is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email indicating the adjustment made.

For domestic purchases, only full tags, unworn and unwashed items with (e)-receipts may be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date (for online customers) or the receipt date (for in-store customers). After the allocated timeframe, Dear José reserves the right to refuse any requests from you.
– Domestic purchases involve online and in-store purchases that are paid in Vietnam Dong and delivered within Vietnam. You can only exchange one time per purchase.
– In the case of an exchange, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Dear José will not be responsible for any charges in case the purchased items have no manufacturing issues.
– For full-price items, exchanges are available for a different size/colour/style.
– For sale items, exchanges are available for a different size (if available) of the same style.
– In the case of exchanges, customers are responsible for the incurred charges, including taxes and shipping fees. Please note that Dear José will not refund the difference if the total value of the exchanged product(s) is lower than the value of your original order. Customers are responsible to pay the difference if the total value of the exchanged product(s) is higher than the value of the original order.
– How to exchange:
+ For in-store purchases
1. Kindly carry the exchanged products and the receipt(s) to our store.
2. If the exchanged product(s) meet our requirements stated above, our team will confirm that the product(s) is eligible for an exchange. Our staff will assist you through the exchange process.
+ For online purchases via Dear José s website and social commerce channels (Instagram and Facebook)
1. Please inform us of your exchange request via email (contact@dearjose.com) and include the proof (images/videos) that the product(s) is unworn and unwashed and has full tags on.
2. Our Customer Service team will respond within 1 working day and provide you with further instructions. If the exchanged product(s) meet our requirements stated above, the Customer Service team will confirm that the product(s) is eligible for an exchange.
3. After your exchange request is confirmed, our team will provide you with the shipping information.
+ For online purchases via Shopee and Lazada, please follow the Terms and Conditions of Shopee and Lazada.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Dear José does not accept any return request if the product(s) has no manufacturing defect.

For domestic purchases, only full tags, unworn and unwashed items with (e)-receipts may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date (for online customers) or the receipt date (for in-store customers). After the allocated timeframe, Dear José reserves the right to refuse any requests from you.
– Domestic purchases involve online and in-store purchases that are paid in Vietnam Dong and delivered within Vietnam.
– Dear José does not accept any return requests for sale items. Please note that sale items might have an insignificant manufacturing defect that does not affect the overall product’s form.
– Dear José reserves the right not to process your return request if you return the package without our confirmation.
– How to return
+ For in-store purchases
Dear José does not accept any return requests for in-store purchases. Therefore, please check the product(s) carefully at the cashier.
+ For online purchases via Dear José’s website and social commerce channels (Instagram and Facebook)
1. If you want to return because the purchased products have manufacturing issues or you receive the wrong product(s), you can request through the MAKE A RETURN in the bottom navigation. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for a preliminary assessment.
2. Dear José Team will respond within 1 working day and provide you with further instructions.
3. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, please fill in the Return form attached with the package and send the package to the assigned address.
+ If the product is found to have a defect, Dear José team will resend you a new one. In this case, we will be liable for all the incurred charges, including the shipping fee.
+ If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you. In this case, you will be liable for all the incurred charges, including the shipping fee.
+ For online purchases via Shopee and Lazada, please follow the Terms and Conditions of Shopee and Lazada.

For international purchases, only full tags, unworn and unwashed items with (e)-receipts may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. After the allocated timeframe, Dear José reserves the right to refuse any requests from you.
1. If you want to return because the purchased products have manufacturing issues or you receive the wrong product(s), you can request through the MAKE A RETURN in the bottom navigation. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for a preliminary assessment.
2. Dear José Team will contact you via email within 3 working days after the date you fill in the MAKE A RETURN form and provide you with further instructions.
3. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will resend you the purchased product or send you a Credit Refund Code, depending on the situation. Our team will inform you if the returned product(s) are available in stock or not.
If yes, our team will send you the new product(s) and will not refund the value of the defective product(s). Please note that you will need to destruct the defective products before we send the package out. In this case, Dear José will be responsible for the delivery fee.
If not, Dear José will send you a Credit Refund code that is equal to the total value of the defective product(s), including the shipping fees. You can apply the Credit Refund Code to your next order. Please note that you will need to destruct the defective products before we send you your Credit Refund Code. The Credit Refund Code is valid within 90 days from the received date.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Dear José ensures that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website.
However, images on our website have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that these images will reproduce in the exact color nor that any given image will reflect the full design or options involving that product. Dear José reserves the right to rectify any error or oversight.

Each order would take 1 to 3 working days to proceed before sending the package to our delivery partner. We will send you an email including a tracking number 1 day after your order has been sent out.
• If our carrier does not offer a delivery service to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method. Our team will contact you via email to inform you of the situation.
• If there are any missed deliveries because you are not available to receive the package at that time, you will be responsible for any incurred charges. You will need to schedule another delivery with the carrier. If applicable, our team will send you an email to notify you in case of unsuccessful delivery.
• If our carriers return the package to us because of unforeseen reasons, our team will contact you via email for further discussion. If we do not receive any further shipping instruction from you within 14 days (for domestic orders) and 30 days for (international orders), your order will be cancelled without any refund.

Items available for pre-order appear with the option to “Pre-order” rather than “Add to Cart“;. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately. The estimated production time of all pre-orders is 10 to 30 working days. We will not accept any cancellation requests if your pre-order can be completed within the allocated timeframe. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund, return or exchange unless received damaged or faulty.

If your order can’t be delivered because there are problems with the provided shipping information, we will store your package for 90 days. Our team will contact you to verify the provided shipping information. If we do not receive any response from you, we will have to cancel your order after the allocated timeframe. In this case, you will not receive a refund after your order is cancelled.

Dear José occasionally has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the “apply” button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.
Please note, only one promotional code may be used per transaction. Unless otherwise specified each promotional code may only be used once per customer.

SSL is a security device that ensures that any data, which you enter into a secure area of the website, is encrypted during transmission over the Internet. SSL utilises data encryption to create a secure environment for you to conduct your online transactions. In order for SSL to be effective, you must be using an SSL compliant browser.
Dear José does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. In the event a credit card is used without the holder’s authorisation, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

On the rare occasion, http://dearjose.com could require some down-time, either scheduled or unscheduled. Dear José will try to ensure the amount of down-time is limited. Dear José will not be held liable for any consequences during downtime.

You agree that you will use this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and that you will not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
