Orders will be processed and hand to our carrier from 1 - 3 business days. Then we will send you your shipping confirmation along with the tracking number. Dear José won't be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, pandemic, holiday occur or customs.

RETURN

Dear José does not accept any return request if the product(s) has no manufacturing defect.

For international orders, only full-price, unworn and unwashed items with full tags may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date (not including sale items).

For domestic orders, only full-price, unworn and unwashed items with full tags may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date (not including sale items). Domestic orders involve orders that are paid in Vietnam Dong and are shipped within Vietnam.

After the allocated timeframe, Dear José reserves the right to refuse any requests from you.

If you want to return for an exchange, you can request through the MAKE A RETURN in the bottom navigation. In the case of an exchange, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Dear José will not be responsible for any charges in case the purchased items have no manufacturing issues.
– For full-price items, exchanges are available for a different size/colour/style.
– For sale items, exchanges are available for a different size (if available) of the same style.
– In the case of exchanges, customers are responsible for the incurred charges, including taxes and shipping fees. Please note that Dear José will not refund the difference if the total value of the exchanged product(s) is lower than the value of your original order. Customers are responsible to pay the difference if the total value of the exchanged product(s) is higher than the value of the original order. In this case, Dear José Team will provide further instructions via email.

If you want to return because the purchased products have manufacturing issues, you can request through the MAKE A RETURN in the bottom navigation.
– Dear José Team will contact you via email within 3 working days after the date you fill in the MAKE A RETURN form.
– Our team will inform you if the returned product(s) are available in stock or not.
+ If yes, our team will send you the new product(s) and will not refund the value of the defective product(s). Please note that you will need to destruct the defective products before we send the package out.
+ If not, Dear José will send you a Credit Refund code that is equal to the total value of the defective product(s), including the shipping fees. You can apply the Credit Refund Code to your next order. Please note that you will need to destruct the defective products before we send you your Credit Refund Code. The Credit Refund Code is valid within 90 days from the received date.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Making a return has never been easier! Please follow the below steps to lodge your return:

1/ Enter your order number on the page link MAKE A RETURN in the bottom navigation.

2/ Once you’ve entered the returns portal you’ll need your order number and email address associated with your order and reason for return.

3/ Once in the returns portal, follow the steps all the way through to completion. You will then receive an email notification with the address of where to send your return back to.

4/ You will also receive email communication once the Dear José Returns team receives your parcel and again when we have processed your return.

Please ensure your return is sent via a trusted courier company, we recommend a prepaid and traceable postal service. Dear José is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, nor do we refund shipping charges. If you are unsure of the rate you should be charged when shipping back your return, please contact our team as we will be more than happy to help point you in the right direction.
